What’s your Minnetonka story?
Growing up I could always be found in a pair of Minnetonka moccasins. From a small child, through my teenage years, and into my twenties, my Minnetonka mocs have always been a part of who I am. Today I own my fair share of mocs, either purchased locally or from tiny ski shops in the Western slope of Colorado, and truly adore each and every pair.

If you could explain your style in one word or phrase what would it be?
Classy and eclectic!

Whose style inspires you?
I find myself always being really inspired by the wears of my fellow Phoenix residents – so many of them have such amazing style! I also find Phoenix as a city to be very inspiring, with its unique culture and historic buildings, as well as a few of my favorite personal style bloggers and friends alike who share a similar passion for life, iced coffee, and fashion.

What’s your favorite trend this season?
This season I’m all about the black and white trend. Black and white have always been staple colors in my wardrobe, but I love all of the great blouses, dresses, and pants I have been seeing in this perfect color combo lately.

What song do you currently have on repeat?
Currently, I can’t stop listening to Breakers by Local Natives. Their whole second album, Hummingbird, has been on repeat in my car for months now.

What’s your favorite city and why?
I may be a bit biased, but honestly Phoenix is my favorite city. This ever-growing city has one of the most unique cultures, diverse groups of people, and the most kind hearted folks I’ve ever come across. I’m so lucky to call this place home.

My Minnetonka must-have item is…the Deerskin Soft-T moc in champagne! I love the color, the softness of the leather, and how versatile they are. I could wear them with a sundress and a floppy hat on a hot summers day, or with some skinny jeans and a delicate blouse for a night out on the town. They really go with everything!

What’s your Minnetonka story?
I have been smitten with Minnetonka mocs ever since I discovered them on some of my favorite fashion blogs. Last year for my birthday, my trendy little sister got me my first pair of Minnetonka mocs and since then they have been my go-to pair of shoes. They are so comfortable and seriously go well with just about anything.

If you could explain your style in one word or phrase what would it be?
I would have to go with eclectic!  I love the bohemian look to trendy city styling. People have always commented that I have so many different looks. I guess since I like to dress myself according to my mood, I certainly like to express myself in a variety of different ways.

Whose style inspires you?
I personally have been inspired by my mom. She has incredible fashion sense and always taught me to dress well and to not be afraid to be different and stylish. I find lots of inspiration from Pinterest, fashion blogs and magazines – but I especially like to sometimes mix up those different looks and create my own.

What’s your favorite trend this season?
Oooh that is a tough one! Like I said I’m drawn to just about any style out there, but if I have to pick one for this spring, I am certainly drawn to neons. I am already easily drawn to pops of color but the electric bursts of yellow and pink get me all excited for the warmer weather. If I don’t wear neon clothing, I love pops of neon in make-up from eyeliner to lipstick.

What song do you currently have on repeat?
Another tough one! I am constantly listening to songs over and over again (it has driven my past roommate mad and my husband is learning to live with it – haha!). Currently, I have been wearing out Next to Me by Emeli Sande. It always puts me in a good mood!

What’s your favorite city and why?
Now this is an easy question! Hands down, I have to say Chicago! I lived in the heart of downtown for nearly 8 years, so in a way it’s my second home. Though I admit the weather was brutal in the winter, the spring and summer months made it worth living through the harsh cold. The whole city became alive as soon as the weather warmed up. There was always something fun to do – whether it was riding my bike along Lake Michigan or meeting up with a girlfriend for coffee at a cute breakfast place or attending an outdoor concert. And since I love food, Chicago has some of the best places to eat in my opinion! Makes me hungry thinking about it!

My Minnetonka must-have item is…the Back Zipper Boot with the softsole. Like all of the Minnetonka products, they are the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever worn. I especially love them in brown and the fringe adds the perfect touch of bohemian fun to the boot. I loved wearing them with a pair of leggings and lace dress this spring and I can easily see myself rocking them with a pair of denim shorts this summer. You cannot go wrong them!

Mark sent us this photo of him and his mom (in her Minnetonka mocs) taken 25 years ago on a family vacation to the Wisconsin Dells! Mark said his mom deserves a new pair of mocs this Mother's Day because she has a heart of gold and has always been supportive of him.

Lindsey sent this photo of her and her mom and told us her mom is the most beautiful, talented, hilarious person that she knows and loves picturing her mom's blue eyes when she is genuinely laughing.

Kelli told us that her mom Rita never buys herself anything nice. After caring for Kellie's father, nephew and helping Kellie with her two toddlers she feels her mother Rita definitely deserves a special treat for her feet this Mother's Day!

Kai told us her mom deserves a new pair of mocs not only because she beat cancer this year but she continues to always have a smile on her face and a pep in her step!

Stacy said her mom deserves a new pair of mocs because she is a loving, supportive, hard working person and always has has a kind word for everyone she meets.
