Recently Minnetonka had the exciting opportunity to attend the Third Annual Thirst Project Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The Thirst Project is an unbelievably inspiring grassroots organization founded by Seth Maxwell who’s mission is to raise awareness about the world water crisis and to provide safe, clean water and sanitation to 1 Million people by 2015. What an amazing goal!
At this year’s Thirst Project Gala, Hollywood celebrities had a chance to shop the latest styles and colors of Minnetonka mocs. Chyler Leigh, Sarah Drew, Audrina Patridge and Lance Bass were amongst the many celebrities attending the Gala raising awareness about the world water crisis. The Gala successfully raised over $188,000 for clean water wells that will be built in Swaziland and Colombia.
