Boho Boot Belt DIY

Inspiring handcrafted how-to’s for your home, life and well being.  Our Made By Hand series features distinct DIYs made with a little love and a lot of creative spirit. Today's post comes from contributor Lary Ryan of Inspiration Nook.

With Fall in full swing and Winter slowly approaching I was totally inspired to create these fun boho boot belts to keep me warm and still be able to wear my favorite ankle booties. This DIY let's you be creative with any fabric you find. Plus with the belts, I loved how having two different colors looked with my outfit and matched my boots. There are no rules so you be your own judge!

Belts (I thrifted mine)

Step 1 | Cut your fabric and wrap them around your ankles to define how much you need. I used less than half a yard for each side.

Step 2 | Once you have the desired length and thickness of your fabric keep it in place using two safety pins.

Step 3 | Slip it onto your ankle, wrap your belt around a few times until comfortable.

Step 4 | Take your boots on an adventure and have fun!
