Q: How do you clean the slippers
A:
Hi Cheryl, We would recommend that you use a toothbrush and baby shampoo to spot clean the lining where needed. We do not recommend putting it into your washer and/or dryer as this may cause damage to them. After you're done cleaning them, you will need to let them air dry away from sunlight. Q: I’m looking for arch support. Suggestions!

Hello. By design, moccasins are fairly unconstructed shoes that do not offer a lot of arch support. Unfortunately, we don't have alternative insoles. The women's styles that will offer the most arch support include our Kilty Plus and Home and Away collections as these styles come with contoured foam footbeds.

Q: How do you decide which styles will be offered in half sizes? I am a true woman's 5-1/2: 5's are tight; 6's fall right off. So I am grateful for Minnetonka's slippers and slipper-style shoes in half sizes! If you offered a moccasin style with pile lining in 5-1/2, I would snap it right up.
