Your refund or exchange will be processed promptly upon receipt. Please allow up to 3 business days from the date that you shipped your package back to Minnetonka for your request to be received by our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your returned shipment once received.
Log in to your account with your confirmation number and email address that were used on your initial order and open your return from the "My Returns" page. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a button to "Print Shipping Label."
The order confirmation number and email address must be typed exactly as it appears in your original order for a label to be generated. If you are still having trouble, please email us at: email@example.com and provide your order confirmation number and email address of where you would like a return label sent.
As soon as your order has shipped your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please wait until after 7pm CST on the ship date to track the package. This allows time for UPS to account for the package in their system and display a scheduled delivery date.
Promo codes are used for occasional special promotions. If you are purchasing with a valid promotion code, enter the noted code in the promo code box to recalculate order pricing and/or items. Currently there are no live promotions available.
