Detailed Return Info

  • INITIATING A RETURN (USA)

    1. Log into your account and in your Account Dashboard locate the order and click "VIEW ORDER"
    2. Click the "START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE" link.
    3. In the “Return Type” dropdown select “REFUND”.
    4. In the "Is this a gift return or gift exchange?" dropdown select "NO".
    5. Select the item(s) you want to return.  If the product is defective, you need to provide comments as to what is wrong with the item.  Once you fill out the form, click the “SUBMIT” button.
    6. After hitting the “SUBMIT” button be sure to click on the “REQUEST SHIPPING LABEL” link to download a PDF Shipping Label that can be printed to send the product back to Minnetonka Moccasin Company.
    7. Note, for all refunds a $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you print a return label from MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. If you choose to ship product back via your preferred method, please insure the package, get a tracking number and be sure to note the original order number on the box. We cannot be responsive to your request until we have received your return.  Upon receipt of your return we will process your request within 3-5 business days. Please note in the month of December and January it may take longer.  A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please contact Customer Service if the original payment was made with a prepaid credit card.
  • INITIATING A GIFT RETURN (USA)

    1. Go to the Order Status page and enter the Order ID number, the Billing Last Name, and either the Email Address or the Billing Zip Code.
    2. Click on the “START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE” link.
    3. In order to initiate a return or an exchange you must create an account with MinnetonkaMoccasin.com
    4. Enter your email address and click on the "LOOK UP EMAIL" link.  The system will validate if there is an account tied to the email address.
      1. If there is an account follow the instructions above on how to initiate a return/exchange with an account.
      2. If there is NOT an account tied to the email address, click the "REGISTER" button.
    5. You will be taken to the account login/creation page where you need to either login or create an account by providing your first name, last name, email address and a password.
    6. Once you create an account (or login) you will get redirected to the order.
    7. Click the "START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE" link.
    8. In the “Return Type” dropdown select “REFUND”.
    9. In the "Is this a gift return or gift exchange?" dropdown select "YES".
      1. Please note that a gift recipient returning an item will receive store credit.  
      2. All gift returns/exchanges do NOT have to pay a shipping label fee. 
      3. Finally, please note that the gift giver will automatically receive an email alerting them of the return/exchange.
    10. Select the item(s) you want to return.  If the product is defective, you need to provide comments as to what is wrong with the item.  Once you fill out the form, click the “SUBMIT” button.
    11. After hitting the “SUBMIT” button be sure to click on the “REQUEST SHIPPING LABEL” link to download a PDF Shipping Label that can be printed to send the product back to Minnetonka Moccasin Company.

  • INITIATING AN EXCHANGE (USA)

    3. In the “Return Type” dropdown select “EXCHANGE”.
    4. In the "Is this a gift return or gift exchange?" dropdown select "NO".
    5. There are two Exchange options:
      1. Standard Exchange will only ship after the return product is received at the warehouse. With a Standard Exchange your credit card isn’t charged a second time as the payment method will be store credit.
      2. An Expedited Exchange will ship right away but will require a second charge on your credit card.  Once the return product is received at the warehouse you will receive a refund for the item(s) to the original form of payment. Please contact Customer Service if the original payment was made with a prepaid credit card.
    6. Select the item(s) you want to return.  If the product is defective, you need to provide comments as to what is wrong with the item.  Once you fill out the form, click the “SUBMIT” button.
    7. Please note, the Return Request is still NOT completed.  Please find the replacement item(s) you want to exchange for.  Select the shoe/boot style, the color, the size, add to cart and proceed to checkout.  It's only after you complete the checkout will the return and exchange process be complete.  
    8. After placing the return/exchange order be sure to click on the “REQUEST SHIPPING LABEL” button to download a PDF Shipping Label that can be printed to send the product back to Minnetonka Moccasin Company.

    Note, for all exchanges shipping is free if you print a return label from MinnetonkaMoccasin.com and select "Free UPS Ground" when checking out during the purchase of your replacement product.  Important - An exchange request is NOT complete until you have selected the replacement item you want to purchase.  Upon receipt of your return we will process your request within 3-5 business days. Please note in the months of December and January it may take longer.  For an Expedited Exchange a credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s).   • PRINTING A RETURN LABEL

    For all product exchanges the use of the shipping label provided by MinnetonkaMoccasin.com is free. Gift Returns also do not have to pay a shipping label fee. Product returns that use the shipping label provided by MinnetonkaMoccasin.com will be assessed a $8.95 label fee. After completing a return or exchange request you can print a shipping label by logging into your account and clicking on "My Returns/Exchanges". Click the "VIEW RETURN" link. Click on the “REQUEST SHIPPING LABEL” link and print the PDF that downloads to your computer.
