    Q: I want to purchase for a gift for 18 month boy who is wearing a size 4 toddler boot. I saw an answer to a question that stated the size 4 was largest for kid & comparable to a women's size 6. I'm sure that would be too large. I know my great nephews are in 11 & 12's footwear & they are 5 & 6. Can you advise please?
