Q: Can you remove and wash the lining?

Hi Dianne, Thanks for reaching out. The Tilia does have a removable insole but we do not recommend putting it in a washer or dryer. Instead, we recommend spot cleaning with water and a gentle detergent. Regards, Minnetonka

Q: It has been a little time since I bought thse mocs but I haven't been able to where them because the right one is just too small. it hurts the bone on top of my foot when I have tried to wear them. is there a time limit on exchanging them. I thought I could pick out a pair that is one solid piece on top from sole to sole if that makes sense.
