    Hi William - Thanks for reaching out to Minnetonka Moccasin. Minnetonka headquarters are based in Minneapolis, MN. Many of our in-stock moccasins and boots are made in our factory located in the Dominican Republic. Most of our instock products have been made in our Caribbean factories for over 45 years. Sandals, as well as select slipper and special make-up items are made in China.The Moosehide Classic is made in our Dominican Republic factory.If you have any further questions, please contact Customer Service at service@minnetonkamocc.com. Do I have to pay shipping for product exchanges?

If you are exchanging product in the United States, no, Minnetonka offers free shipping (both ways) for all exchanges if you use our prepaid FedEx label to ship the product back to our warehouse and select the free FedEx Ground Economy shipping option for the replacement product.
