Do I have to pay shipping for product exchanges?

If you are exchanging product in the United States, no. Minnetonka offers free shipping (both ways) for all exchanges if you use our prepaid FedEx label to ship the product back to our warehouse and select the free FedEx Ground Economy shipping option for the replacement product.
