Product Return Conditions

MinnetonkaMoccasin.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and sent WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise.  Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging - both the shoebox and outside shipping carton if the outside shipping carton is in suitable condition. 

 

How to Initiate a Product Return or Exchange - With an Account

  1. Go to the Account Login page and enter your email address and password.
  2. In your Account Dashboard locate the order and click "VIEW ORDER"
  3. Click the "START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE" link.
  4. Fill out the rest of the online form to complete the return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Product Return or Exchange - Without an Account

  1. Go to the Order Status page and enter the Order ID number, the Billing Last Name, and either the Email Address or the Billing Zip Code.
  2. Click on the “START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE” link.
  3. In order to initiate a return or an exchange you must create an account with MinnetonkaMoccasin.com
  4. Enter your email address and click on the "LOOK UP EMAIL" link.  The system will validate if there is an account tied to the email address.
    1. If there is an account follow the instructions above on how to initiate a return/exchange with an account.
    2. If there is NOT an account tied to the email address, click the "REGISTER" button.
  5. You will be taken to the account creation page where you need to provide your first name, last name, email address and a password.
  6. Finally, you'll be redirected back to the Return & Exchange form.  Fill out the rest of the online form to complete the return or exchange.

Shipping cost on returns or exchanges

Product Exchanges

In the United States if you decide to exchange an item and use a prepaid shipping label from the website, you will NOT be charged any shipping costs to return the original product back to Minnetonka Moccasin Company or the cost to send the replacement product.  

Returns for a Refund

In the United States if you decide to return an item for a refund and use a prepaid shipping label from the website, a $9.95 charge will be deducted from your product refund to cover the cost of the return shipping.  If you choose to ship product back via your preferred method, please insure the package, get a tracking number and be sure to note the original order number on the box.  We cannot be responsive to your request until we have received your return.  Please address the package to:

RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

For all product exchanges the use of the shipping label provided by MinnetonkaMoccasin.com is free.  Gift Returns also do not have to pay a shipping label fee.  Product returns that use the shipping label provided by MinnetonkaMoccasin.com will be assessed a $9.95 label fee

After completing a return or exchange request you can print a shipping label by logging into your account and clicking on "My Returns/Exchanges".  Click the "VIEW RETURN" link.  Click on the “REQUEST SHIPPING LABEL” link and print the PDF that downloads to your computer.

Electronic Gift Cards (eGift Cards)

MinnetonkaMoccasin.com sells eGift Cards that get converted to store credit at the time of redemption.  Store credit can be used toward the purchase of all eligible items only on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. Please note that eGift Cards and store credit are not returnable, cancelable or exchangeable after purchase, for cash, except in states where required by law. 

Orders Not Placed on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com

If you did not purchase your product on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com and are not able to return it to the store in which you purchased from, please contact Customer Service for assistance by email or by phone at 1-855-554-MOCS(6627).

Defective Items or Order Errors

  • If you received defective product please follow the exchange instructions above noting the reason code as "Defective".  You will need to provide an explanation of the issue(s) with your product.  
  • If you did not receive the proper items in your order please contact Customer Service by email or phone at 1-855-554-MOCS(6627).

International, APO and FPO Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges from APO/FPO addresses? 

If you purchased an item from our website and shipped to an APO/FPO address, you can return your item for a refund for the price of the shoe. Freight, duty and any other taxes/fees will not be refunded.  Customers are also responsible for any return shipping costs or applicable customs or charges for duty.  In order to make an exchange please place a new, separate order, for the replacement item(s).  If you have any additional questions about international returns or exchanges contact Customer Service at 1-855-554-MOCS(6627) or email us.

How do I initiate a return?

For orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses be sure to include your original order number and send the product back to:

Do I have to pay shipping for product returns?  

For orders shipped to APO's/FPO's we do not offer a return shipping label.  The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Minnetonka and covering any costs associated with freight, duty, taxes, etc.

Do I have to pay shipping for product exchanges?

Unfortunately, at this time if you are exchanging product shipped to APO's/FPO's we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information. 

What if I received defective product?

While the vast majority of our product arrives to your door without any issues, on the rarest of occasions a defective item can be shipped by mistake.  We apologize if this happens. Please contact Customer Service at 1-855-554-MOCS(6627) or email us and we can assist you with this issue.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for domestic orders being shipped back from an international address?

If you or someone you know placed an order on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com and you now need to return the item from outside the United States, we can accept the item under our normal Minnetonka Return Policy conditions. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs or applicable customs or charges for duty.  Exchanged items will be shipped to the original address used or to another postal address within the 50 United States (and APOs).
