Minnetonka Moccasin sells electronic gift cards (“eGift Card(s)”) that will be converted to store credit (“Store Credit”) at the time of redemption, Store Credit can be used toward the purchase of all eligible items only on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. Please treat your eGift Cards and Store Credit like cash — we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. eGift Cards and Store Credit may not be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Purchases made with Store Credit will be deducted from the redeemer's Store Credit balance and any unused balance will be available for future purchases. Purchase amounts that exceed the redeemer's Store Credit balance will require that the remaining balance due be paid with another acceptable payment method. eGift Cards and Store Credit  are not returnable, cancelable or exchangeable after purchase, for cash, except in states where required by law. eGift Cards and Store Credit do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.  Coupons and other discounts or promotions may not be applicable to purchase eGift Cards and eGift Cards/Store Credit cannot be returned. 

Minnetonka Moccasin reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review:

• Any orders or customer accounts using an eGift Card orStore Credit.
• Any eGift Card/Store Credit mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination.
• To bill alternative forms of payment for suspected fraud in connection with a eGift Card or Store Credit.

Please note that eGift Cards/Store Credits and their redemption are each subject to change in the sole discretion of Minnetonka Moccasin, at all times in accordance with applicable law.

By responding to our request on Instagram with the hashtag #YesToMyMinnetonka, you hereby grant to Minnetonka Moccasin Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their agents and representatives (collectively, “Minnetonka Moccasin Co.”), the irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free worldwide right to use, publish, display, broadcast, edit, modify and distribute any materials, content, illustrations, photos, videos, comments, or information relating to the Photo (hereinafter, “Material”), including those bearing your name, voice, image, likeness, and/or any other identifiable representation of yourself (collectively, “Your Likeness”). These Materials may appear in any form, style, color or medium whatsoever now known or later developed (including, without limitation, photographs, videotapes, films, sound recordings, software, drawings, prints, broadcast, in-store displays, internet, email, and electronic media).

By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesToMyMinnetonka, you warrant and represent that: (a) you are the author of the Material and own all rights to use it or, alternatively, have the right to grant us the rights described above; (b) you have paid or will pay in full any fees or other payments that may be related to the use of the Material; (c) the Material does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (d) publication of the Material via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third parties; (e) you have obtained permission from all persons whose name, voice, image, likeness and/or any other identifiable representation are included in the Material. You will indemnify and hold harmless Minnetonka Moccasin Co. from any claims to the contrary.

Minnetonka Moccasin Co. reserves the right to alter, change or modify the Material, in its sole discretion. You hereby waive any right you may have to inspect or approve the finished materials or any part or element thereof that incorporates Your Likeness.

You acknowledge that you have fully read and understand this document and that you have had any questions regarding its effect or the meaning of its terms answered to my satisfaction. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age or offer parental consent to use the image if the photo includes a minor (under the age of 18).
