MINNETONKA MOCCASIN COMPANY, INC. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Minnetonka, we are confident that our shoes will bring joy to your feet, which is why we proudly stand behind our products and their quality. If you are not satisfied with your Minnetonka shoes or other Minnetonka product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product. If a replacement product is unavailable and you see another Minnetonka product you like, you may instead choose another product of equal or lesser value. Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, Minnetonka’s Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee request must also be made by the original purchaser within 90 days from the date of purchase and only applies to products purchased in the United States.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-855-554-MOCS(6627). Customer Service is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST. If you submit your request by email, please include the name of the product you purchased, why you are not satisfied with the product, images of your product, and include a copy of your proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased your product. If you make your request over the phone, please have this information available when you call. If we approve your request, you will then need to submit a proof of purchase and images of your product (if you did not already do so), and if you choose to mail us these items, you’re responsible for the mailing costs. In some cases, Minnetonka may require you to return your product to us for inspection. In those cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Your Guarantee request must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Minnetonka reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Minnetonka Satisfaction Guarantee. This may include, for example, multiple claims by the same purchaser to replace heavily worn items.
