P.O. BOX DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL ONLY AND WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES IN AK OR HI.
Our goal is to ship orders by the next business day. Once the order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, you will receive an email containing the shipping tracking number. If you selected an expedited shipping method and ordered before 12:00pm Central Time, your order will ship on the same day (except weekends and holidays).
Wrong Shipping Address
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If you believe you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your order before it is processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed. Orders that are shipped to an incorrect address due to information entered at checkout are not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
