    Q: Is the insole removable and washable?

    Hi L.W. Thanks for reaching out. The insoles are not removable on these. We would recommend that you use a toothbrush and baby shampoo to spot clean the lining where needed. We do not recommend putting it into your washer and/or dryer as this may cause damage to them. After you're done cleaning them, you will need to let them air dry away from sunlight.     Q: If I usually wear a size 9 in shoes is that the size I should buy. I read they stretch so wasn’t sure

    Hi Debra! The Kilty Softsole is known to run a full size large. If you typically wear a size 9, we would recommend sizing down to a size 8 in this style.
