Q: I ordered the Kilty softsoles in 2018 and loved them but they had knobs on the bottom soles. Not sure I like them without. Why did they stop making them that way?

Hi Leslie! Unfortunately, the Kilty Driver has been discontinued. Our Product Development team oversees updating or discontinuing styles based on sales, as well as developing new products. With changing trends and customer feedback, we routinely retire older styles and usher in new styles. It is possible that you may see that style brought back in years to come. We thank you for your feedback and will pass it onto our Product Development team for future consideration.

Q: can I remove the padded insole? I am looking for something that does not insulate me from the ground, no rubber, foam, etc.

Hi Grace. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture any styles that are appropriate for Grounding/Earthing purposes. While we do offer softsole styles (leather/suede soles), all have a man-made, thin foam padded insole that we do not advise removing. If the foam insole is removed, there will be glue remnants.
