Q: Do these pile lined hardsoles have arch support? Looking for womens wide slip on or slipper with arch support.

Hello, By design, moccasins are fairly unconstructed shoes that do not offer a lot of arch support. Unfortunately, we don't have alternative insoles. The women's styles that will offer the most arch support include our Kilty Plus and Home and Away collection as these styles come with contoured foam footbeds.

Q: Hi, I’m a shoe size 7.5 regular. I received an 8 for a gift. Fit is good except my heels slide out a bit when I walk. If I exchange for a 7, I’m concerned it will be too tight. What do you recommend?

Q: I am a true 7 1/2. Usually 7 is too tight on my toes. Do you think a 7 wide might work. Size 8 always alip off my foot.
