Return & Exchange Conditions

MinnetonkaMoccasin.com will gladly accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise.  Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging - both the shoebox and outside shipping carton if the outside shipping carton is in suitable condition.   

Orders Placed Before Wednesday, May 20, 2015

Due to the launch of our new site, if you are trying to Return or Exchange an order placed before Wednesday May 20, 2015 on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com, please contact customer service at 1-855-554-MOCS(6627) or service@minnetonkamocc.com.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange please login to your My Minnetonka Account. Look at your list of orders and find the order you want to return or exchange, then click "View Order". If you do not have an account, look up the order on the Order Status page by entering the Order ID number, the Billing Last Name, and either the Email Address or the Billing Zip Code.  Now please complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Returns Or Exchange” button.
  2. Select the item(s) you’re returning or exchanging.
  3. Select the quantity of item(s) you’re returning or exchanging.
  4. Select the return or exchange method (more information on the four different return/exchange methods in the section below).
  5. Select the Item Condition.
  6. Select the reason for the return or exchange.
  7. Please note if you’re returning multiple items you will need to click on the “Add Another Item to Return” button and repeat steps 2 – 6 for each item that is getting returned or exchanged.
  8. Once you’ve added all items to be returned or exchanged please click the “Submit” button.
  9. After submitting the return or exchange request you will be redirected to the Returns & Exchange page where you can now print a prepaid shipping label.  Click the button called “Print Shipping Label”.  You will also receive an email confirming the return request and the email will provide directions on how to print a prepaid label.

Return or Exchange Options

Return for a Refund

  • For all returns, a $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you print a return label from MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. If you choose to ship product back via your preferred method, please insure the package and get a tracking number. We cannot be responsive to your request until we have received your return.
  • Upon receipt of your return we will process your request within 3 business days. 
  • A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Exchange for Store Credit  - My Minnetonka Account Required

  • For all exchanges we offer free shipping if you print a return label from MinnetonkaMoccasin.com.
  • Upon receipt of your exchange we will process your request within 3 business days. 
  • Store credit will be added to your account, and if the price of the item you’re exchanging is below the free shipping threshold of $65 you will receive free shipping code for the subsequent order in the email notifying you of the completed exchange.
  • You will need to create a My Minnetonka Account to receive store credit.  If you don’t have an account Customer Service will set one up on your behalf and you will receive an email with a password.

Use this method if you do NOT want multiple charges on your credit card or in PayPal.  This method however will take longer than the “Exchange for a Refund & Repurchase” method mentioned below because MinnetonkaMoccasin.com has to receive the exchanged product before store credit is applied to the customer’s account.  Also, please be aware if you’re exchanging your original item for a lesser value item, you will have left over store credit and store credit is non-refundable for the cash equivalent except in states where required by law. 

Exchange for a Refund & Repurchase

  • For all exchanges we offer free shipping if you print a return label from MinnetonkaMoccasin.com.
  • Upon receipt of your return we will process your request within 3 business days. 
  • A credit for the value of the returned merchandise and original shipping fees should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Use this method if you want your exchanged product to arrive quicker.  As soon as the exchange is initiated you can repurchase the preferred product on the site. This method will be quicker than the “Exchange for Store Credit” method mentioned above because you WON'T have to wait for MinnetonkaMoccasin.com to receive your exchanged product.  There will however be multiple charges on your credit card or in PayPal until the exchange is received, processed, and your original payment is refunded.

 Gift Return – My Minnetonka Account Required

  • To initiate a gift return you will need to go to the Order Status page and enter the Order ID number, the Billing Last Name (of the person who gave you the gift), and either the Billing Email Address or the Billing Zip Code.
  • For all exchanges we offer free shipping if you print a return label from MinnetonkaMoccasin.com.
  • Upon receipt of your exchange we will process your request within 3 business days. 
  • Store credit will be added to your account, and if the price of the item you’re returning or exchanging is below the free shipping threshold of $65 you will receive free shipping code for the subsequent order in the email notifying you of the completed return.
  • You will need to create a My Minnetonka Account to receive store credit.  If you don’t have an account Customer Service will set one up on your behalf and you will receive an email with a password.

Please note that the gift giver will receive an email notifying them that the gift was returned.

 Printing a Prepaid Return Shipping Label

After initiating a return or an exchange you have the option of printing a prepaid shipping label to return the product back to Minnetonka Moccasin.  Here is how to print the label:

If you have a My Minnetonka Account

  • Go to My Minnetonka Account page and login to your account.
  • Click on “Returns or Exchanges” in the black navigation bar.
  • Find your return and click “View Return”.
  • Click on the “Print Shipping Label” button and print the label that downloads to your computer.
  • Be sure to adhere the label to a shipping box and not directly to the shoebox.

If you do NOT have a My Minnetonka Account:

  • Go to the Order Status page.
  • You will need to enter your original order number as well as the billing last name and either the billing email address or billing zip code.
  • Click on the “Returns” tab
  • Find your return and click “View Return”.
  • Click on the “Print Shipping Label” button and print the label that downloads to your computer
  • Be sure to adhere the label to a shipping box and not directly to the shoebox.

 Electronic Gift Cards (eGift Cards)

MinnetonkaMoccasin.com sells eGift Cards that get converted to store credit at the time of redemption.  Store credit can be used toward the purchase of all eligible items only on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com. Please note that eGift Cards and store credit are not returnable, cancelable or exchangeable after purchase, for cash, except in states where required by law. 

Order NOT Placed on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com

Defective Items or Order Errors

If you received defective product or we made an error on your order, please follow the exchange instructions above noting the error or defect.
