Product Return Conditions will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased on Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise.  Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging - both the shoebox and outside shipping carton if the outside shipping carton is in suitable condition. Returns purchased on will be accepted from international customers, however international customers are responsible for any overseas shipping costs, applicable customs fees, and applicable charges for duty.  Please see our FAQ page for more information regarding international returns.

How to Initiate a Product Return - United States

  1. Go to the Order Status page and enter the Order ID number, the Billing Last Name, and either the Email Address or the Billing Zip Code.
  2. Click on the “Returns Or Exchange” button and fill out the online form.
  3. After submitting the form you can print a prepaid shipping label by clicking the button called “Print Shipping Label”.

How to Initiate a Product Return for Australia, Canada, and Thailand

For international orders where Minnetonka fulfills direct (Australia, Canada, and Thailand) be sure to include your original order number and send the product back to:

Unfortunately, at this time if you are exchanging product where Minnetonka fulfills direct we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information. 

Electronic Gift Cards (eGift Cards) sells eGift Cards that get converted to store credit at the time of redemption.  Store credit can be used toward the purchase of all eligible items only on Please note that eGift Cards and store credit are not returnable, cancelable or exchangeable after purchase, for cash, except in states where required by law.
