Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging - both the shoebox and outside shipping carton if the outside shipping carton is in suitable condition. Returns purchased on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com will be accepted from international customers, however international customers are responsible for any overseas shipping costs, applicable customs fees, and applicable charges for duty.
