Q: I bought a pair of the leopard moccasins for my grand baby. I bought them in Cherokee N.C. Would u be able to exchange them for a larger size? We live in TN.

Hi Sheila. If purchased from a different retailer we do ask our customers to go to the original place of purchase when requesting either a refund or an exchange. In most situations, that original retailer is best equipped to assist since they have the customer's money from the purchase.
